Written and recorded 5 days after my dad died unexpectedly, a few days before my family moves to a house where he's never been.

That's where we're going
We're leaving our home with the memories we have
We're pulling up stakes, and splitting the timeline
We're now in the present, and you're in the past

The house with no memories
Is waiting there empty
Waiting to give all that it can provide us
But no corner, no angle, no glimpses or glances
Can trigger a memory of you there beside us

The house with no memories
Had families before us
It soaked up the sounds of their cries and their prayers
Soon we will fill it with love and our family
